Ellen Wen is a junior at UAHS and is starting her first year on staff as a staff writer. Ellen started out by taking Journalism I and Journalism II during her sophomore year before officially joining the publication. Writing has always been something that she’s enjoyed throughout her childhood, and the Arlingtonian seemed like the perfect place to showcase her abilities. She’s passionate about story telling and loves finding ways to be creative visually and conceptually. Ellen’s a dedicated and ambitious student who works hard at her goals while also balancing a lively social life and a variety of hobbies. She rides horses for sport and loves to bake whenever she has any spare time. She loves attending concerts and especially enjoys spending time with the people she loves.
